This headline will arouse your curiosity. The term “Ludus” comes from the name of the gladiatorial schools in ancient Rome. There they trained those who fought for the success of the empire.
Gladiators were trained to win. That is the same thing a successful entrepreneur must achieve: sell, grow, and win.
Ludus Mastery means: “school of mastery”. But that is clearly not our focus. A mastery is something very valuable, which highlights people’s true talents..
In this academy you will not learn how to sell products. Anyone can teach you that. We will teach you how to thrive in business and to learn concepts that until now seemed hidden.

Don’t get it wrong: We are not your typical online school that you can find anywhere on the internet. We are well aware of the growing demand for learning these skills.
At Ludus Mastery we have been teaching and certifying high-level entrepreneurs for years. If you are looking for tangible results, this is the right place.
In order to teach these skills correctly, we developed a very disruptive method and study process. We have a mix of face-to-face and virtual training so that you learn all the skills in a smart way.
Who's the team?
Getting to know your instructors is part of learning. We all know that. While the instructors change depending on the training you take, virtually all classroom training is delivered by Jose Miguel Taramona, our headmaster.
Our team is quite extensive, because all those who are trained with us become part of the academy. The vast majority decide to join the educational team, so they can continue helping entrepreneurs who are just starting out.

Where can you find us?
Our educational headquarters is located in Washington DC. Although we always conduct face-to-face events in different parts of the United States, we are in the United States.
However, we have a wide range of trainings. Most of them consist of face-to-face events and trainings, but some of them are virtual; like our Business Fundamental Course.
All our virtual trainings (the ones that are not in our official headquarters), will be delivered through our online academy. It functions as a large flexible curriculum hosted on the internet.
You can always come and have a coffee with us. In fact, we are more than convinced that after your training, you will want to be part of our community of entrepreneurs.
When was Ludus Mastery founded?
The origins of our academy are incredible. It all started in 2012, when José Miguel Taramona (our director) decided to create a large network of salespeople. Until that moment, José Miguel was dedicated to sales and business coaching in parallel.
He realized that he could teach everything he knew, especially what he preached in his coaching sessions. At that moment he decided to start teaching and guiding new entrepreneurs on the right path.
From 2012 to 2018, the entire educational process took place on the outside. There was not as robust an academy as there is today.
Ludus Mastery was officially established in 2019. And from that moment on, hundreds of entrepreneurs decide to train with us year after year.
