- What made you create/start Ludus mastery?:
I felt like I had a different purpose in life than other people and that I am here to help others. I like to learn and I like to teach, and I like to help people, so I think that was the inspiration behind the why of why I wanted to create Ludus Mastery
- Why did you choose the name Ludus Mastery, and what is the meaning behind it ?
Ludus was the academy in which gladiators were forged and built, and I think that’s the resilience that you need and the pain that you have to go through in life. Mastery because once you master yourself, you’re able to help others. Ludus academies were located all around the Roman Empire. Slave masters would bring their slaves to Ludus to train them to be a gladiator and compete with the other gladiators at other Ludus academies, which brought joy to the Romans. If you were the winner, you won your freedom.
- What benefits does Ludus Mastery offer/ how will people live be impacted?
Ludus Mastery gives you the opportunity to forge your entrepreneurial spirit because people don’t know how to be entrepreneurs. People think that their life as a business person or the business that they want to start isn’t related to their personal life. But I truly believe who you are as a person is who you are as a business person. So the more you know yourself and know your limits, your business will be more successful. Plus, people don’t know how to sell because they don’t have the foundation. People think money is the reason you go to a business but imagine if you can actually transform your purpose and what you like to do and commercialize the vision to the point where you can make money and fulfill your purpose at the same time, it will leave you with purpose every single day.
- What type of work culture does Ludus Mastery create ?
Family and being completely ethical entrepreneurs. Conscience entrepreneurs that work for the team. Really strong leadership in team, relationships and believe that if you work for your team you will grow and get more. It’s about helping people and helping people grow and to be part of something bigger.
