1.  How do you get ready to start your day?:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

So I wake up at 5:30 in the morning. I write in my journal which is called a five-minute journal, the three things that you\u2019re grateful for, couple affirmations and what you want for today! <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Then I drink a glass of water and I meditate for around 22 minutes. If I can, after that I go down and get a cup of coffee, and I\u2019ll ride my bike. Then I come back, I shower,  and after that I go to the office. Around 8:30 I go on Asana to write down my tops which is my top operating priority for the day. If it\u2019s a Monday, I set up the intention for the week and hopefully everybody\u2019s there to start the daily huddle.<\/p>\n

2. What do you do throughout your day? :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

I do some training, I have meetings, I have to talk to the sales team, or I have to have team meetings is how the day goes on. I do intermediate fasting, so I don\u2019t eat until 2 PM. Likewise, I have lunch and most likely go out, or I go back to my house to make an egg sandwich which I absolutely love.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. What is the most challenging part of your job or day?: <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Maybe when things doesn\u2019t go the way that we plan, and we have to restructure and actually have the time to sit down and relocate and re-analyze what\u2019s going on I think in those parts that\u2019s one day become challenging And sometimes when you have to wake up so early it\u2019s just a pain in the butt.<\/p>\n

4. What do you do in your free time?: <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I like to read, so I read a lot. My favorite book won the Nobel Prize called “La fiesta del Chivo”, which is about a memory of one of the most iconic dictators in South America, and he described the last day of his life remembering all his time from when he started being a dictator to all the way to when he got killed. I just realize that I like to go biking, even if sometimes my butt hurts. I absolutely love salsa dancing, I have somebody that comes out which is a teacher to bring a dancer than a dance normally on Wednesdays from 7 to 9 for two hours and I love it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
