At Ludus Mastery, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational and training experiences to our students.
Because our programs include immediate access to proprietary digital content, coaching materials, and training resources, all sales are generally considered final.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.
Eligibility for Refund Requests
Students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- The student has not completed a substantial portion of the program content;
- The student has not attended multiple coaching sessions or consumed a significant amount of proprietary materials;
- The request is made in good faith and includes a valid explanation.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after substantial course access;
- Failure to complete the program;
- Lack of usage or participation;
- Financial hardship after purchase;
- Dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations or results not guaranteed by the program.
Chargebacks
Students agree to contact Ludus Mastery support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.
